Do you frame the prints?
I do not frame fine art prints. I recommend you go to your local framers for this. I can frame canvas, alu-dibond, metal and acrylic prints. Please contact me for a quote.
Do you sell image files?
No, I do not sell the image files, I only sell prints.
What if I want a size that is not listed on your price list?
If you let me know the exact size you would like then I will see if I am able to do this and what the price will be.
Can you offer black & white of your colour images?
Yes, I can offer you black & white prints of colour images, this would be exclusive to you. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
Can you print one image on more than one panel?
Yes this can be done, either on two or three panels. Please can me for a quote.
What is a Fine Art Print?
Fine Art Prints are digital prints on high end fine art paper, I use Hahnemühle (Germany).
How do you sign the prints?
All images come ready signed in the left hand corner of the print.
How does your consultancy work? Do I pay for this?
If you would like me to come and discuss art for your property this can be done in person or over an internet call. This service is free and I am able to provide you with room mockups and ideas based on your décor and colour schemes. If you have a photo of the room/wall then I am able to put the art into place to enable you to visualise it. I am there to help, guide and advise you through the process.

Do you do commissions?
Yes I can. This is very exclusive for you. Please contact me to discuss you requirements and timescales.
Shipping & Return
How do you ship the prints?
All prints are shipped from a professional photo laboratory. You will be given a tracking number once the order has been confirmed and placed.
Do you deliver internationally?
I am based in France. I can deliver to Europe and you will find my shipping costs on my pricing page. If you wish for any other countries please contact me directly for a quote.
How quickly can we get our prints?
All prints are produced on request. When an order is received it normally takes two weeks for delivery.
What if the product is damaged on arrival?
Please contact me asap. Take a photo of the print, close ups and of the packaging too. We will then take it from there.
Returns are not applied to these products, the below is just for damaged goods.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged, you need to have taken photos of it and the packaging at the time it is delivered so please check the product carefully when opening it.
To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds - if applicable
Once you have discussed your damaged product with your supplier, we will send you an email to notify you of the actions that will be taken, whether that be a refund or an exchange. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges - if applicable
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
